La Lounge and La Moderne are designed for moderate or regular flow. La Secrète and La Groovy are suitable for light to moderate flow, spotting and small everyday leaks. They’re also handy at the beginning and end of your period, or as backup to a tampon or menstrual cup on heavier days.

Yes! La Secrète and La Groovy were specifically created for different types of small leaks, including light bladder leaks.

Their absorbent gusset features an additional leakproof border designed for thinner liquids, such as urine. They’re particularly useful for small leaks that can happen when you laugh, cough or move.

La Lounge and La Moderne can work for heavier flow, but you’ll need to change them more frequently throughout the day. Since they’re designed for moderate or regular flow, they’ll reach their absorbency capacity sooner on heavier days. Keep spare pairs handy and change whenever you no longer feel dry. You can also wear them as backup to a tampon or menstrual cup.

La Secrète and La Groovy aren’t suitable as your only protection for heavy flow. You can wear them as backup to a tampon or menstrual cup, then on their own at the beginning or end of your period when your flow is lighter.

We’ve chosen natural fibres for our gussets, including organic cotton and hemp depending on the style, to help naturally limit odours while offering softness and breathability.

To keep that fresh feeling, choose an absorbency level that matches your flow and follow the washing instructions after each use.

After wearing, rinse the absorbent area in cold water, gently rubbing until the water runs clear. Then machine wash in cold water on a delicate cycle, ideally in a mesh laundry bag.
