REFUNDS
Refunds for Goods
We accept refund requests on our website for products that meet one of the following conditions:
- The item is damaged.
- The item(s) are returned unworn and in original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund after a return, the product and its packaging must be returned intact, and the item must not have been worn. Refund requests may be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product.
IMPORTANT: Tights and socks are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund. If there is an issue with the item you received, please contact us at hello@sojelingerie.com so we can review the situation.
RETURNS
To return an item by mail, please follow the procedure below:

Please ensure that your name and order number are clearly included with the return. Items must be unworn and returned with original packaging intact.
FINAL SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS
Certain items are sold as final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund, including clearance items or products clearly identified as “Final Sale” on our website.
This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law. Defective products or items that do not conform to their description may be refunded or exchanged in accordance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.
