Shipping to Canada
- Free standard delivery (3-5 days) on purchases of $99 or more.
- Standard delivery fee of $10 for purchases under $99.
- Express delivery fee of $5 (1-2 days) for purchases over $99.
- Express delivery fee of $15 for purchases under $99.
Please note that free delivery excludes Nunavut and the Northwest Territories. Additional charges apply for express delivery.
Shipping to the United States:
- Standard delivery charge of $19 for purchases valued under 200 CAD.
- Free standard shipping for purchases over 200 CAD.
- Additional charges for express delivery.
Shipping to France:
- International standard delivery fee of $15.
Shipping to Other Countries:
- International standard delivery charge of $40.
RETURNS
Too small, too big, the style doesn't suit you?
Simply return the product(s) to us within 30 days of receipt of your order to the following address: Soje Lingerie, 138 rue Roland-Jeanneau, Montréal, QC, H3E 1R4 .
Return costs remain your responsibility unless there is an error on our part.
Please note that panties that have been worn or whose label has been detached cannot be returned. We recommend that you make a return with a tracking number to ensure proper receipt.
The refund period is a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the package. We do not offer exchanges. For a new size, another model or another color, simply reorder on our e-shop!
