SALES OF GOODS AND SERVICES
This document governs the sale of goods made available on our site.
The goods we offer include:
-Menstrual panties
The goods linked to this document are the goods which are displayed on our site at the time you access them. This includes any products listed as out of stock. Any information, descriptions or images we provide about our goods are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, we are not legally bound by this information, descriptions or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of each product we supply. You agree to purchase these goods at your own risk.
PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods on this site:

-Paypal
When you provide us with your payment information, you confirm to us that you have authorized the use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment details, you confirm that you authorize us to charge the amount due to that payment instrument.
If we believe that your payment has violated any law or one of our terms of service, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction.
TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY
When you make a purchase on our site, you agree and acknowledge that you provide a valid email and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equivalent to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. Although we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
REFUND
Reimbursement of goods.
We accept refund requests on our site for products that meet any of the following requirements:
-The property is damaged
-The item is the wrong size
For any return to be accepted, the product and its packaging must be returned intact and the product must not have been worn. Refund requests can be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
RETURNS
Please follow this procedure to return your items by mail:
Simply return the product within 20 days of receipt of your order, the product(s) to the following address:
Soje, 138 rue Roland Jeanneau, Montreal, H3E 1R4.
The product must not have been worn. The product and its packaging must be intact.
LIMITATION AND LIABILITY
Soje or one of its employees will be held responsible for any problems arising from this site. However, Soje and its employees will not be held responsible for any problems arising from any irregular use of this site.
COMPENSATION
As a user, you hereby indemnify Soje from any and all liability, costs, causes of action, damages or expenses arising out of your use of this site or your breach of any of the provisions set out in this document.
APPLICABLE LAWS
This document is subject to the applicable laws of Canada and is intended to comply with its necessary rules and regulations.
For EU residents, the GDPR is the applicable law governing the document. In the event of an incompatibility between a provision of this document and the GDPR, the rules of the GDPR will take precedence.

THE STORY
A few words from the founder
Working for more than 10 years in the fashion industry as a designer, I have always had a strong sensitivity for the work of the material, its quality and its composition, its textures and its comfort, but also for its impact environmental and societal.
Soje was born from a need I felt as a woman to better equip myself during my periods. By informing myself well and surrounding myself with experts, I discovered the environmental scourge and the dangers linked to the use of disposable hygienic products.
Not only is my collection made 100% locally in Montreal, from design to production, but it also brings a touch of glamor to the wardrobe of my clients, who like me, want to feel elegant and feminine regardless of their cycle. .
I believe that every gesture counts. With more than 45 billion hygiene products thrown away each year, I want to believe in my mission. That of offering the best in menstrual panties in terms of their performance, durability and aesthetics. Better for your health, better for the planet.
